Sail Away Maine Realty & Property Management (SAM), situated in Mid-Coast Maine, delivers comprehensive real estate services for both buyers and sellers, while also providing rental and property management services at the Samoset Village located on the Samoset Resort property and throughout the Mid-Coast area. Our Team at SAM collectively bring nearly 50 years of experience in property management, and over 50 years of experience in real estate services. Sail Away Maine is a family-run and locally owned business, comprised exclusively of licensed real estate professionals.

Judith Evans
Judy is the Owner and Designated Broker of Sail Away Maine Realty and Property Management. For over three decades, Judy has been a noteworthy leader in Real Estate and Property Management, specializing in condominium living and vacation rentals. Before establishing her own company in 2009, she worked as the Senior Manager for the Samoset Resort Timeshare for over 20 years, and has continued as a Property Manager for the Samoset Village Homeowners Association and Rental and Real Estate Professional for over 30 years.
Judy holds extensive knowledge of the Mid-Coast region and the state to ensure you have the best information and experience. As a result of her dedication and sincere care for her clients, she has formed numerous lifelong friendships. A strong believer in the power of helping others in the community and her joy of entertaining friends and family at home are at the top of her personal list.

Dennis Cloutier
After growing up in the Mid-Coast region of Maine, Dennis served in the United States Coast Guard before heading off to college. Dennis studied Nautical Science at Southern Maine Community College and Project Management at Boston University. Dennis spent over 20 years working as Certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified Architectural Designer, and General Contractor.
Dennis now concentrates on helping Maine families as they navigate the real estate market. Dennis is on time and on point at every turn and his clients can rely on him for a smooth transaction and excellent service every time. Now more than ever, with the real estate market becoming more complex every day, his clients look to Dennis to help them navigate their transaction.
Though he is a full-time real estate agent, Dennis' years of home building manifest themselves into a passion for looking at, discussing, and assessing properties. The combination of this passion and his extensive experience has made Dennis one of the most trusted names in real estate on the Mid-Coast.

Kami Evans
Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything Kami does, both professionally and personally. Kami can be recognized as a familiar face to the Samoset Property dating back to 1991, where she began her employment as a Front Desk Associate before exploring opportunities throughout her career within Resort and Village Property. As the Operations Manager/Coordinator at Sail Away Maine, she finds it incredibly motivating to contribute to improved efficiency and satisfaction for her family owned company. Kami knows there is no single approach that works for everyone and refers to each of her client’s individual needs when assisting in property management or serving as a Real Estate Associate Broker for your future home buying or current selling plan.
As a native of Maine whose family dates back generations, she has gained a deep love and extensive knowledge of the entire Mid-Coast region and can easily recommend and guide to all the area gems.
