SAMOSET VILLAGE COTTAGE RENTAL - WEEKLY SCHEDULE & RATES
We are proud to offer these beautifully designed and comfortable cottage homes in a resort setting. You may review the different homes available with details indicating the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with the floor plan and location on the Community Map.

Please note that during July and August we have both Friday-Friday and Saturday-Saturday rentals. There is a one-week minimum rental period and discounts may be available for longer rentals.

| All cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. Other features may include washer/dryer, fireplace, garage, and porches with ocean and golf resort views. | |

Samoset Village Cottage Rental Policies
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of check-in and will be refunded approximately two weeks after checking out and inspection of unit and inventory.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept the following credit cards: Master Card, VISA, American Express, and Discover Card.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are accepted upon units’ availability.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Check-in time is at 4:00PM EST. Check-out time is before 10:00AM EST.
TAXES
All quoted unit rates are subject to Maine State Tax.
PETS
It is our policy not to accept pets per HOA bylaws. Local kennels are available.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Stay Service: Only reservations for two or more weeks will receive a weekly service. Daily Maid Service: Not Available. Check Out Service: Included in rental.
